Maintenance, service and repair:

1- Can I drop my truck off outside of regular business hours?

Yes. It is possible to make arrangements so that you can drop off your truck at a time that is convenient for you. Generally, we ask customers to leave the vehicle in front of the garage and leave the keys in designated place determined in advance.

 

2- I  have a new truck. Do I have to do maintenance at my dealership to keep my warranty valid?

You can choose the garage you want for the general maintenance of your truck. However, you must keep all your invoices. Invoices must clearly indicate the service rendered to be valid. This way, in the case of a problem, you will be able to show and prove to the dealer all the details of the work that has been done on your vehicle.

3- Is it possible to have a courtesy car while my truck is in repair at your truck centre?

We do have courtesy vehicles available at our truck centre. However, we cannot guarantee you a courtesy vehicle everytime. It depends on several factors, including vehicle availability, distance radius, etc.

We encourage you to schedule your appointment in advance if you want to assure you have a loaner car available when you drop off your truck.

 

4- I am in the process of buying a used truck. Do you offer a pre-purchase inspection (PPI)?

Yes. We offer a pre-purchase inspection (PPI) for any used truck. It is recommended to do it before purchase of the vehicle. After the purchase, repairs will be billed to the new owner of the vehicle.

 

5- Do you offer towing service?

We do not currently offer towing service. The driver/operator must find their own towing company and organize with them to bring their truck to our garage.

We offer all services related to the maintenance of your truck EXCEPT towing.

7- Are your used truck parts of the same quality as the genuine truck parts that were originally in my vehicle?

At our truck centre, we care about the quality when buying and selling used parts. Our sused parts suppliers are long-standing business partners. This has allowed us to be known as one of the best garages in the greater Montreal area for used truck parts and the replacement of genuine parts.

 

8- Do you buy used truck parts?

We have 12 units on the road that consist primarily, but not exclusively, of a team that is responsible for the evaluation of used parts for potential purchase.

11-  What are the business hours of the garage?

We offer full service on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. & over the counter service (for parts) on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
